Care 4 Life Clinic and the delivery of patient-centered care have truly come a long way. It all started with a community drug store in 2014, which evolved year by year until 2022 to a community out patient clinic. Our Clinic focused on delivering Outpatient care to every patient who walks through our doors. But the transformation of health care at Care 4 Life Clinic, and in our community, is far from over. We are proud to serve our community and we feel a deep sense of pride and commitment to all those who place their trust in our care. Our primary focus is to deliver exceptional care that exceeds national standards in quality, safety and patient satisfaction.

I am excited to be leading this journey with everyone at Care 4 Life Clinic, but I also know that we can’t create this future without you.
